It’s about creating a feeling of being nurtured and cared for and the potential for reconnecting with spirit and creating space for healing. A cleansing process is taking place, releasing toxins, freeing up tension, healing and boosting the immune system. Lomi Lomi has the power to create an altered state of consciousness and sacred experience for both the giver and receiver. Lomi Lomi uses rhythmic and flowing touch for soft and deeper tissue massage and has proved to be beneficial for restoring vitality, improving circulation and stimulating the lymphatic system, releasing emotional build-ups (during and after the session) and instilling a sense of wellbeing in the body, mind and spirit.
I offer two Heartwork Lomi Lomi experiences from my studio in Murwillumbah.
A 90 minute Heartworks Lomi Lomi massage experience followed by tea. Ideally allow 2 hours, theres no rush)
For those without the abundance of time but still looking for the deliciousness of a Heartworks Lomi Lomi experience, I offer a shorter 60 minute massage experience.
